Ingredients
Rib Marinade
- 3 to 5 lbs. pork ribs, baby back, spareribs, St. Louis- or Country-style
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 3 tbsp. ginger
Glaze
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp. white vinegar

- Mix the marinade ingredients together well and pour over ribs in a 9" x 13" glass or ceramic baking dish. Cover with foil and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes to marinate.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered.
- While the ribs are baking, combine the glaze ingredients. Place the partially cooked ribs on the grill over medium/high heat. Baste often with the glaze and keeping an eye for flare-ups.
- Grill until cooked through and serve.
