Instructions
HawaiiPoke Platter Mise en Place
  1. Prepare individual ingredients in advance. When ready to serve, assemble the ingredients in artful arrangement on board, platter or tray.
Shoyu Poke
  1. Frozen sushi grade ahi is readily available from fine seafood purveyors. Defrost and cut ahi in desired bite sized pieces. We prefer 1/4" cubes.
  2. Combine Shoyu sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix. Reserve half the sauce for dipping. Add the cubed ahi and mix gently. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
