Huli-Huli Sauce is a Hawaiian tradition since the 1950s. It is also an easy preparation for summer BBQs. The original recipe utilized whole spatchcocked chicken. We prefer thin slices for maximum flavor. Marinate beef, chicken, pork or fish and cook to recommended doneness.
