  1. Butcher the wings and place in a bowl with Tabasco, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Marinate covered in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours.
  2. Drain the liquid from the wings and dredge each in a mixture of flour, Slap Ya Mama, salt and pepper.
  3. In a heavy pot, heat the oil and place the wings in batches in the oil to fry. When browned on all sides, place on a rack on a sheet pan. Bake the wings at 325 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
  4. Just before serving, melt the butter and add the Tabasco sauce to your taste. Place in a large bowl, then add the cooked wings and coat with the buttery hot sauce. Serve immediately with Ranch-style dressing and celery sticks.
