Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients, except broth and carrot, and chill in the refrigerator for four hours.
  2. After chilling, form into golf ball size balls.
  3. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil and reduce to simmer. Add the chilled balls and carrots. Poach in simmering chicken broth for 25 to 30 minutes.
