Stone Island Fish Tacos
- 1 lb. fish fresh white fish like wahoo/ono
- 1 tbsp. blackening spice see recipe in index
- corn tortillas fresh
- 1/4 head cabbage sliced thinly
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped for garnish
Creamy Taco Sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 green onions diced finely
- 1 tbsp. cilantro finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. hot sauce Tapatio
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. blackening spice see recipe index

Stone Island Fish Tacos
- Cut the fish into taco sized filets and season with blackening spice. Heat the grill to high and flash grill the fish on both sides until cooked through.
- Assemble the taco with fish, cabbage, cilantro and Creamy Taco Sauce. Devour with a Pacifico chaser.
Creamy Taco Sauce
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until serving.
