  1. Place the cheese, chicken, olives, spinach and tomatoes in a large bowl and toss with the vinaigrette.
  2. Warm the naan in a skillet. Place the naan of a piece of sandwich wrapper or parchment. Fill the bread with several heaping spoonfuls of the salad mixture, then roll the bread and filling into the paper to hold it together.
  3. Cut in half and serve.
