Ingredients
- 4 oz. feta cheese bite-sized cubes
- 4 oz. chicken cooked breast, bite-sized cubes
- 8 Kalamata olives pitted and halved
- 4 oz. spinach baby leaves, washed and stemmed
- 1 tomato chopped
- 4 oz. vinaigrette see recipe index
- 2 Naan flatbread

Instructions
- Place the cheese, chicken, olives, spinach and tomatoes in a large bowl and toss with the vinaigrette.
- Warm the naan in a skillet. Place the naan of a piece of sandwich wrapper or parchment. Fill the bread with several heaping spoonfuls of the salad mixture, then roll the bread and filling into the paper to hold it together.
- Cut in half and serve.
