K.O.’s dad, Karl, loved a well-seasoned grilled steak back in the day. We honored him by naming our grilling spice mix after him!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Kosher salt coarse
- 2 tbsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsp. paprika
- 2 tbsp. crushed red peppers less if desired
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. coriander ground
- 1 tbsp. dill
