Stone Island Fish Tacos
  1. Cut the fish into taco sized filets and season with blackening spice. Heat the grill to high and flash grill the fish on both sides until cooked through.
  2. Assemble the taco with fish, cabbage, cilantro and Creamy Taco Sauce. Devour with a Pacifico chaser.
Creamy Taco Sauce
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until serving.
