Crisp & Clean Vodka Mojito – – Mojito: crushed ice, vodka, lime (juiced), club soda, lime (wedges), Mint-infused simple syrup, mint (for garnish), Mint-Infused Simple Syrup: water, sugar, mint (leaves stemmed and washed), Fill tall cocktail glass with crushed ice. For each cocktail add 1 1⁄2 to 2 parts Vodka, 2 parts mint-infused simple syrup, 1 part lime juice and top with club soda. Stir and garnish with lime wedge and mint leaves. Drink, refresh and repeat. ; Mint-Infused Simple Syrup: In a small pan, heat the water to a low boil and add the sugar. Heat until it dissolves. Add the mint leaves and remove from heat. Cover and let steep for 20 minutes. Remove the mint leaves and chill in a glass container for cocktails. ; –
