Ingredients
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes more or less to taste
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 1⁄2 tsp. olive oil
- 6 oz. roasted red peppers jarred
- 5 oz. feta crumbled to large chunks
- 1 tsp. Greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions
- Assemble the ingredients.
- Place the red pepper flakes in a mini food processor and pulse. Add the garlic clove and pulse again. Add the olive oil and roasted red pepper and pulse. Now add the feta and Greek yoghurt, process until all is incorporated to a smooth consistency. Add the lemon juice and pulse.
- Serve with pita chips, crustini or bread.
