Ingredients
- 4 pieces sourdough bread
- 4 slices cheese Havarti or Monterey Jack
- 4 oz. roasted red peppers sliced into thin strips (fresh roasted or jarred)
- onion jam recipe follows
- 1 tbsp. margerine to coat the pan

Instructions
- Assemble the sandwiches: bread, cheese, roasted red pepper, onion jam and another slice of bread.
- Warm the pan and melt the margerine. Pan grill the sandwiches to a toasty golden brown on both sides and melt the cheese inside. Serve hot.
