- 5 slices sourdough bread cut into large bite-sized chunks
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

- Coat a large baking sheet with olive oil. Place the sour dough chunks on the pan and toss with the olive oil. Spread the coated chunks in one layer on the pan. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan cheese. Place in a pre-heated 300 degree F oven for 15 to 20 minutes. (Use convection if available.) The bread will be dried out, slightly browned. The cheese will melt into the bread. Remove from the oven and cool. Use immediately or store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
