Avocado, Fresh Corn & Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1 avocado ripe, cut into bit-sized pieces
- 1 ear corn blackened on the grill, then cut off the cob
- 1 can beans black, 14 oz., drained and rinsed
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1/4 cup onion white, finely chopped
- 1/4 cups cilantro finely chopped (optional)
- 1 jalapeño pepper seeds removed and chopped finely
- 1/4 cup vinaigrette
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 3 tbsp. jalapeño pepper pickled
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl. Season to taste. Serve at room temperature.
