Ingredients
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 1⁄2 lb. beef roasted deli-style. sliced
- 4 slices cheese provolone
- 1 Roma tomato sliced
- 2 tbsp. butter softened
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp. horseradish creamed, served on the side

Instructions
- Construct the sandwiches: bread, provolone, roast beef, tomato, provolone, bread.
- Combine the margarine, Parmesan and cayenne in a bowl, then spread the outside surfaces of the bread. Heat a skillet on medium. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and a cover with heavy pot top to weight them down. Cook until the first side is golden brown, turn and replace the top. Brown the second side and cook until the cheese is melted and the roast beef and tomato are warmed.
- Serve with a side of creamed horseradish for dipping.
