Ingredients
- 1 tomato chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 jalapeño pepper chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Place all ingredients, except sour cream, in a blender and pulse to purée. Pour the purée into a sauce pan and place on medium heat. Simmer to reduce by half. Add the sour cream and gently heat through. Serve immediately.
