  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. On a large sheet pan, pour the olive oil to coat the surface. Toss the carrots onto the pan and roll in the olive oil. Salt and pepper lightly.
  3. Roast the carrots until almost tender, about 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the agave syrup and Shiracha. Drizzle mixture over the roasted carrots to cover evenly. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes to caramelize.
  5. Carrots may be served hot or may be held and served room temperature.
