Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Sriracha
- 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1⁄2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. green beans washed and tip ends trimmed
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 green onions cut into small bites

- In a glass bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, rice wine vinegar, sugar and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil on high. Add the green beans and toss in the oil to sear on the outside and cook to al dente (about 2 or 3 minutes). Add the garlic and green onions and toss with the green beans another 1 to 2 minutes. Stir with a wooden spoon constantly to avoid burning the garlic. Add the reserved mixture and heat through for another minute.
- Serve immediately.
