Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef ground, quality 85/15, formed into ¼ lb. burger patties
- 1 medium red onion sliced in big rounds
- 4 oz. blue cheese crumbles
- 4 Kaiser rolls
- 4 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce cut burger-sized

Instructions
- Heat an outside grill and place the burger patties over high heat. When cooked on first size, turn over and top with blue cheese crumbles that will melt as the second side is cooking. Grill the red onion rounds as well. Brown the Kaiser rolls ,if desired, just prior to the burgers being cooked to desired doneness.
- To assemble the burgers, place the bottom bun on a plate and place chilled Iceburg lettuce, onion and tomato on it. Spoon the Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing over the Wedge ingredients. Then place the grilled burger with melted cheese over that and top with bacon crumbled. Add the top bun.
