  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Wash the Brussels sprouts and peel away the outside leaves of each.
  3. Cover a large sheet pan with a layer of olive oil and spread the cleaned and trimmed Brussels sprouts in a single layer. Salt and pepper. Roast for about 30 minutes until tender and caramelized.
