- 40 Brussels sprouts buy them on the stalk if possible
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Wash the Brussels sprouts and peel away the outside leaves of each.
- Cover a large sheet pan with a layer of olive oil and spread the cleaned and trimmed Brussels sprouts in a single layer. Salt and pepper. Roast for about 30 minutes until tender and caramelized.
