Ingredients
- 6 oz. fish grilled, sea bass, swordfish or salmon
- 2 oz. cream cheese cubed, room temperature
- 2-3 tbsp. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Roughly cut up the fish and place in food processor and chop until it is a fine consistency.
- Add the cream cheese and sour cream and mix until combined. Add the liquid smoke and salt and pepper and blend.
- Place in a bowl and chill for about an hour. Serve with crackers.
