Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup parsley fresh, finely chopped
- 1 -2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- tsp. black pepper fresh ground
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper if desired
- 4 ounces blue cheese double cream

Instructions
- Place all ingredients except the blue cheese in a food processor until process until smooth. Add the blue cheese and pulse until incorporated but leaving chunks. Taste and adjust the seasoning, Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
