Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup whole milk or half and half
- 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz. blue cheese crumbled
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 bag potato chips
- 3 scallions sliced on the diagonal

Instructions
- Blend first six ingredients in a mini food processor until smooth.
- Add crumbled blue cheese and process to your desired consistency. (We prefer it to be semi-chunky.)
- Taste for seasoning, then add salt and pepper.
- Pour potato chips in a bowl. Drizzle the blue cheese sauce over the chips. Sprinkle the scallions over the top and serve.
- Be prepared to make more.
