- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. shallot minced
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 1⁄4 tsp. black pepper freshly ground
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil extra virgin

- In a small jar combine the vinegar, shallots, salt, pepper and granulated garlic. Set aside for 20 minutes to soften the shallots. Add the olive oil and shake until combined.
