Savory Quinoa Salad

The 2016 Fancy Food Show in San Francisco inspired us to source the best ingredients for this healthful Mediterranean side dish. We acquired quinoa from Bob’s Red Mill, goat cheese from Petaluma, kalamata olives from Greece, olive oil from California and produce from our local farmer’s market. Bon Appetit!

Instructions
  1. Prepare the quinoa. For more flavorful quinoa, substitute chicken broth for water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, dressing and salad ingredients and stir to incorporate. Serve warm or chilled.
