Use leftover roasted vegetables from Sunday roast. Traditionally the British use roasted potatos, onions, Brussels sprouts and carrots. Or roast vegetables to golden brown in the oven. – vegetable oil, roasted vegetables (Cut into bite-sized cubes), Pour the oil in a large skillet and place over medium heat. ; Add the cubed roasted vegetables. Heat through and crisp to a golden brown. Turn and brown the other side.; Serve on a warm plate with cooked sausages and an egg on top. ; –
