- 1 lb. strawberries fresh
- 12 oz. white chocolate chips
- blue sprinkles

- Rinse and completely dry the strawberries. (Water is chocolate’s mortal enemy.)
- Prepare a sheet tray lined with parchment or wax paper, if that isn’t available, plastic wrap will do.
- In the bottom of a double broiler, bring about an inch of water to a boil. Once it boils, turn the heat off. Place the white chocolate in the top of the pot over the water and let sit until shiny. Stir with a spatula until all the chips are dissolved. If it needs more melting, turn the heat back on to low/simmer for a couple minutes.
- Dip two thirds of the strawberry into the chocolate and swirl until covered. Tap excess chocolate off.
- In a dish filled with blue sprinkles, dip the bottom one third of chocolate covered strawberry and swirl to cover.
- Place strawberries on the parchment lined sheet tray and place in the refrigerator until set.
