  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray two large baking sheets nonstick cooking spray, then spread a thin coat of olive oil on the pan surfaces.
  2. Prepare a three-part dredging station: flour seasoned with House Spice Blend; egg/milk mixture; and seasoned bread crumbs combined with the saltine cracker crumbs.
  3. Dredge onion rings in flour to coat, then dip in the egg/milk mixture. Shake excess off, then dredge in the bread/cracker crumb mixture.
  4. Place in single layers on the prepared sheet pans. Coat the prepared onion rings with a thin layer of cooking spray.
  5. Place in the oven and bake until golden brown and crispy. About 30 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.
