Ingredients
- 1 sweet yellow onion sliced
- 1 red onion sliced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil to coat the bottom of the pan
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. agave syrup
- 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste

- Heat the pan and add the olive oil. Add the sliced onion and sauté on medium heat for 15 minutes until soft and carmelized.
- Add the remaining ingredients and continue cooking on low heat for 15 minutes more.
