Ingredients
Sandwich
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup olive salad see recipe below
- 1/4 lb. capacolla sliced
- 1/4 lb. salami sliced
- 1/4 lb. Mortadella sliced
- 1/2 lb. provolone cheese sliced
Olive Salad
- 1/4 cup green olives stuffed with pimentos, chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives chopped
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini chopped
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flake

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice the French bread in half. Drizzle top and bottom with olive oil, then spread with olive salad. Working from the bottom up, layer the three meats, then top with cheese. Place the bread top over the cheese and wrap the entire sandwich in foil.
- Place in the oven on a sheet pan for 25 minutes. Remove, unwrap and slice for individual servings.
Olive Salad
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
