Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar or cider vinegar
- 1/4 cups ketchup Heinz preferred
- 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt or to taste
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper or to taste

Instructions
- In a glass jar with a tightly fitting lid, add all ingredients. Shake vigorously to blend completely. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Shake again before pouring over fresh lettuce or greens.
- For a light summer dinner, make a salad of arugula, juicy ripe plums (bite-sized pieces), crumbled goat cheese, chopped Marcona almonds and roasted chicken slices.
