Ingredients
- 4 oz. goat cheese
- 4 oz. cream cheese softened at room temperature
- 2 tbsp. whole milk or half and half
- 2 tsp. parsley fresh, chopped finely
- 1/2 tsp. thyme fresh, leaves removed from stems
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt add more to taste
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- dash Piment d'Espelette (smoky French red pepper) or paprika

- In a small mixing bowl, add the goat cheese and softened cream cheese. Combine and cream the two cheeses together with a fork for several minutes. Add the milk and incorporate. The mixture will become a smooth and creamy texture.
- Now add the remaining ingredients and stir to incorporate evenly. Place the mixture in a small serving bowl. Garnish with a sprig of parsley and another dash of espelette pepper or paprika.
- Add the bowl to your favorite charcuterie board!
