Ingredients
- 1 can tomato sauce 15 oz.
- 1 lb. bratwurst or other sausage (kielbasa is a good substitute)
- 2 tbsp. chili sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown mustard
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pinch paprika for topping
- 1 pinch curry powder for topping

- Pour the tomato sauce into a large saucepan, than add chili sauce, mustard, sugar, curry powder, black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Simmer over medium heat to reduce slightly for about 5 minutes. Stir occasionally and simmer another 5 minutes.
- Boil the sausage to heat throughout, then place on a hot grill to brown. Slice into 1/2 inch (bite sized) pieces.
- Place the cut sausage in a bowl and pour the tomato mixture over it.
- Sprinkle the paprika and curry powder of the top and serve.
