Ingredients
- 1/2 lb tomatoes garden ripened, chopped
- 1/4 clove garlic minced, more to taste
- 1 tsp olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 tsp sea salt more to taste
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 8 slices French baguette
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 fresh basil leaves cut in chiffon add ribbons

Instructions
- Add chopped tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl and toss. Set aside to meld flavors.
- Toast baguette in oven or pan to lightly browned.
- To plate, place toasted baguette slices on a serving platter. Top with tomato mixture, then sprinkle basil over the entire dish.
