Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil add 3 tbsp. butter for a richer flavor
- 1/3 cup pickled jalapeño slices drained and dried in a paper towel
- 1/3 cup popcorn
- salt to taste

- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add the jalapeño slices, cover and fry for several minutes until crisp and slightly browned. Add the popcorn, cover and cook until all kernels are popped.
- Place in a bowl and season with salt. Fire!
