  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Drain and chop artichokes to small, bite-sized chunks.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all (except paprika sprinkle) ingredients. Then transfer to a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove, sprinkle top with paprika and hold for 10 minutes. Serve with crackers.
