Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise Best Foods preferred
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated (order it online or substitute cheddar)
- 1 package cream cheese 8 oz., whipped preferred
- 1 dash each salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dash paprika topping for color

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Drain and chop artichokes to small, bite-sized chunks.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine all (except paprika sprinkle) ingredients. Then transfer to a baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Remove, sprinkle top with paprika and hold for 10 minutes. Serve with crackers.
