Our RoadTrip dining experience at Maria’s New Mexico Kitchen deserves one more mention.  The hot homemade flour tortillas rolled around green chile were simply stellar.  We had never attempted to make tortillas.  We were thrilled to find it so easy.  Try Hot off the Griddle Flour Tortillas with any Southwestern-themed meal.
